Find A Man

There are some things you should look for

when you're scouting for a man.

Make sure that there's an easy chair

so he needn't lend a hand.

Find a man that after many years

won't notice the things you do

because no matter what needs doing

he'll just rely on you.

Find a man that won't fix things

learn to live with the breaks you see.

You'll be told it costs too much

unless it's his TV!

Find a man that doesn't cook

yet still expects to eat.

A man that asks what's planned for dinner

while lounging in his seat.

.

Find a man that after many years

won't know how to use the dryer

but really doesn't give a damn

because you're the maid for hire.

.

Find a man that will have your children

but won't notice when they're there,

unless they're loud or tick him off

when he's relaxing in his chair.

.

Find a man that watches TV

for countless hours each day

unless there's a friend that calls him out

then he's up and on his way.

.

Find a man that can take any topic

whether it's serious or it's funny

and find a way to turn it around

so that now you're talking money.

.

Find a man that can do those things

and he may be your perfect chap.

But as for me I'd rather be single

than to find a man like that!
