Sounds Good
I think of the sounds that I love
and the ones that bring me joy.
But I won't forget and I must admit
there are ones that do annoy.
The sounds of music will bring
me to tears
While a baby's laugh makes
me smile.
.
The crack of thunder
will hold me in awe;
Yet a creek will provide
rest for a while.
But to me the sound that
is best by far
is the one that's
oh so cool;
It's the one my kids make
five days a week
as they shuffle their
way up to school.
